B.E.N- Be Extra Nice campaign

Today marks day 1 of the B.E.N Campaign. It also marks the birthday of Benedict Findlay, who would have been 30 years old today.

Unfortunately Ben lost his battle to mental health. As a way to remember him and the radiating light that he put into the world Anna Findlay, mother of Ben, has started the B.E.N Campaign!

The campaign aims to get everyone benvolved in sharing their own ways they have or will B.E.N🐝 (Be Extra Nice).

There is no finish line and there is no gesture too small to record!

Go out and smile at a stranger, pick up some rubbish or tell somone you like their jumper! or go get creative with it We cant wait to see your B.E.N 🐝

My eldest daughters canine furry family member Dylan is missing her while she's working in London 5 days a week at present ,he's with us but he misses her so we're off for him to choose a new playtoy to cheer him up from a lovely little dog rescue charity shop . I know it's spending a little but it goes to good cause. It's actually the rescue charity that Dylan came to my daughter through so ❤️ all round . 🐶

Today I am going to B.E.N to myself.

I have a Zen Den in my garden so going to have a doze in there, read a book, burn some nice insence, do some meditation and look up at the trees 🌲
