B.E.N- Be Extra Nice campaign

Today marks day 1 of the B.E.N Campaign. It also marks the birthday of Benedict Findlay, who would have been 30 years old today.

Unfortunately Ben lost his battle to mental health. As a way to remember him and the radiating light that he put into the world Anna Findlay, mother of Ben, has started the B.E.N Campaign!

The campaign aims to get everyone benvolved in sharing their own ways they have or will B.E.N🐝 (Be Extra Nice).

There is no finish line and there is no gesture too small to record!

Go out and smile at a stranger, pick up some rubbish or tell somone you like their jumper! or go get creative with it We cant wait to see your B.E.N 🐝

Good morning 🌎. Little acts of kindness shared yesterday were offering someone to jump ahead at supermarket checkout que ,which frankly in my mind is standard good Grace to let someone go first if they only have a few items ...I always find it extraordinary how many people blinker this act and carry on loading a weeks worth of groceries and the person behind them have only a handful...anyhow gesturing yesterday "would you like to go before me" was recieved with a big smile and a "thank you" from them and a big smile and "you most welcome" from me. Little kind actions make positive energy Fizzy with delight. It's a good feeling for both sides. Goodness knows this beautiful world needs positivity,love,kindness more than ever. Last night I made dandelion honey, from foraged dandelions (left plenty for the bees and insects ) giving to an elderly gentleman I know from dog walking the same early morning route. He tells me all about old recipes his mum used to make . 🐝🌻ps. Anna I have a jar for you too . Will pop in post . 😘
