B.E.N- Be Extra Nice campaign

Very sad to hear about a fellow 1996 Ben, who would also have been turning 30 this year.

Although nothing crazy, I think we it’s important to acknowledge the small acts of niceness which can sometimes go a miss!

This week I have:

 Donated to the Motor Neuron Disease Assosciation, a charity specialising in the reasearch and treatment of the disease.

Had a clear out of clothes and passed those in a good condition to Change 1s Life who are a charity who send clothes to developing nations.

Overpaid for my lunch at a local independent restaurant when the owner told me they’d been quiet all week.
